Christmas Magic layout designed for 49 and Market

Hi there 49 and Market Fans and welcome. Today I would like to share with you a Christmas layout. Yes, I know it’s July, but it is only 5 months until Christmas, it will be here before you know it. I love Christmas so don’t mind getting into the spirit early.

For this layout, of course I used the wonderful Winters Edge Collection as well as the matching Laser Cuts. I started the layout by choosing some papers and Laser Cuts to layer behind my two main photos to create some layers, working with the design on the paper as I didn’t want to cover up too much of the lovely print.

Once I had sorted out my basic design I added selected pieces of Laser Cuts on and in between the layers. I played around with the design for a while until I was happy with what I saw. I then added the pop of red flowers, some more Laser Cuts like the little candles (so cute) and the sentiments to finish off. Too easy, I can’t speak highly enough of the Laser Cuts, they make every layout a breeze to put together and you end up with a beautiful creation, a lasting keepsake to be enjoyed for years to come.

Thanks so much for popping in, I hope I inspired you with my project, until next time….

Picture Perfect layout created for Dusty Attic

Good Morning Dusty Fans and welcome back to the blog. Today I am sharing my take on this months Mood Board and I have to say I love all Dusty Attic's Mood Boards, just something about them that makes them all stunning and so inspirational.

Picture Perfect

I decided to make this a multi photo layout, I don't use multiple photos very often so trying to challenge myself here.

There are 5 different Dusty Attic Chipboard designs on this layout. First up I used the stunning Vintage Frame Layered and I simply added some copper embossing powder. I did use it a bit differently though and used the back frame in a portrait way and the front frame layered on top horizontally. I layered my photos on top of the frame set and I then began the process of adding all my other Dusty Chipboard elements.

I added glitter embossing powder to the Tropical Foliage to give it some depth but not too much colour. Of course I added my favourite 49 and Market flowers also. For the title and the arrow on top of the photos I tried to match some embossing powder to pick up some of the darker colours in the background paper.

Last but not least I just had to add some Wordpl@y to describe the photos even further, love these little word tiles, so versatile.

Love this layout designed for Kaisercraft

Hello there Kaisercraft fans and welcome to the Kaiser Blog, it is Hetty with you today.
I am so lucky to be able to share with you another Guest Design Team layout this time using the super gorgeous Magenta Collection. I just love pinks and greys together combined with a few hints of black.

Love this

PRODUCTS USED:
PAPERS: MAGENTA Collection: P2779 Raspberry|P2782 Pink|PP1071 Paper Pad| CT965 Collectables|CS356 Clear Stamps|
For my photo mat I chose some pretty colours from the paper pad and tore them slightly larger size then my photo and added them with some foam tape in between the layers.
Once I had my base I started building up the layers around my photo using the matching collectables.
After a bit of time playing with the design I was happy to stuck it all down with foam dots and finished the layout with some leaf stamping.
Because I worked with the gorgeous design and print already on the paper this layout came together so easily.
That is it for me today, happy crafting.
Until next time…

Memory Captured layout designed for 49 and Market

Good Morning 49 and Market Fans and welcome!
"Memory Captured" by Hetty Hall
“Memory Captured”
Today I would like to share with you a layout using my favourite 49 and Market collection – Bold and Beautiful, I simply cannot get enough of these papers and Laser Cuts. I know I have used this background before but I just can’t help it, it is just too pretty not to use it.

For this layout I decided to use multiple photos, I don’t do that very often so really challenged myself here. I started with building a cluster with the Archival Board, Laser Cuts and flowers. I just kept playing around with it until I liked what I saw. I placed this cluster on my layout working with the pretty design already on the paper and arranged my photos around this cluster. All embellishments are added with foam dots or tape to create height and dimension. A few more little touches here and there and my layout is finished.

Some kind of Wonderful layout designed for Dusty Attic Chipboard

Hey there Dusty Fans and welcome to my very first blog post as a Dusty Girl. I can't begin to tell you how excited I am to be here, I feel like a very lucky girl. Thanks heaps Jennifer Hedger for inviting me on to your wonderful team, I will try my very best to do you proud.

Without further ado here is my layout. I used 6 different Dusty Attic Chipboard designs which you will find listed below.
Once I had picked a photo I wanted to scrap I began choosing my chipboard pieces. Of course I also used my favourite 49 and Market paper and flowers.

I started with the gorgeous Floral Frame (in this instance I used the smaller one) and added some Rust effect paste in Grey. It has got some lovely texture to it which was the effect I was after. The same was done to the Wild grass but this time I used the Green-Grey for a bit of contrast. I then moved on to the broken Bricks to which I added a layer of black gesso and once dried I sanded it back slightly for a rougher look.  Last but not least just a bit of white gesso was painted onto the Mini Caption (title). I finished the frame and wild grass with a touch of yellow rust paste. I left the chipboard blooms in its original state and just added some pearls to the centre. I finished the layout of by adding a number of Wordpl@y Words, I have to say I have fallen in love with these, they are brilliant.
